Champion provides many services including porting and polishing, in-house cylinder boring and hoing, sleeve replacement, valve seat repai, valve guide replacement, vlave adjustment, aluminum polishing, crank shaft rebuilds, sandblasting, all engine rebuilds and upgrades, including Cannondales, big bore kits and all service and maintenance.

Stage Kits:

Our Stage I kits are for the average racer that wants more power out of his/her engine, this kit includes porting and polishing of the cylinder head for increased flow, valve seat re-facing and a valve job... works best with an aftermarket exhaust.

Our Stage II kits are for a more aggressive racer competing in B class, this kits includes porting and polishing, valve job, camshafts and a high compression piston... works best with an aftermarket exhaust.

Our Stage III kits start with a unique designed crankshaft, that reduces weight and oil windage in the motor that frees up horsepower that the engine already makes. Next we superfinish the transmission components, this process removes high spots and casting imperfections created during the manufacturing process, whenever two metal components come in contact the resulting friction between these microscopic peaks can cause wear and reduce efficency over time as a result of heat build up, this means less drag freeing up horsepower already in your engine and reducing stress for increased service life and making shifting a dream. We then use a CP or Wiseco piston depending on the application. The cylinder head is ported and polished for maximum flow and is paired with a very aggressive cam. We use all Xceldyne valve train for these stage 3 motors, these are a pro level engine.

Cylinder Boring:

Champion now provides in-house cylinder boring, we have eliminated the need to send you cylinder head out for boring, re-sleeving or honing, no more wait time we can have you cylinder back to you within a couple days.
